2 hours of Tension Release using Therapy Balls. 1st hour of class will have Dry Salt Therapy aerosoling into the room.
Don't miss out on this class! This class is about myofascial release using foam therapy balls and foam rollers. Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

Slow Flow Class Tuesdays at 630 pm
You will be taken through each pose slowly and mindfully, even the transitions from pose to pose is like one long slow graceful dance, filling you with a sense of freedom and peace. Build a stronger body while releasing tension and flow your way into a more blissful state! You will learn about deepening your breath and how it anchors you in your body, helping you to live more in the present moment. This class is suitable for beginners with little or no yoga experience however the most experienced yoga practitioner will also be challenged as sometimes less is more. When we take time, our nervous systems relax, our minds slow down, our muscles become supple, our breath deepens – our inner chemistry shifts towards a biological balance, which one experiences as peace, tranquility and stress reduction. In this class, you will learn to honor and work with your individuality, experiencing for yourself the union of your mind and body. We have all the props you may need but you are encouraged to bring you own mat but have some to borrow if you don't. Experience this Slow Flow Class with the benefits of Salt Therapy, as you mindfully pull healing salt deep into your lungs and bask in the negative ion flow of the Himalayan Salt Wall. Never has a Yoga class been so relaxing as this.
